I didn't take
the traditional path.

I came up through agencies — the GSD type to be exact — where the problems never slowed down for anyone and nobody was waiting on you to catch up. I was the one who audited how we operated, saw exactly where the money and time were going, and built something that cost less and ran cleaner. That wasn't a strategy. That was just how I moved.

I studied Business Administration — shoutout to Howard University, class of '14 — with concentrations in accounting and marketing. So I've always seen both sides of the equation: the numbers and the narrative. I know what inefficiency costs in actual dollars, not just in stress. When I sit across from a business, I'm not speaking tech. I'm speaking time and money, which tends to be the only language that matters.
